To bring psychology and spiritual practice together in a way that deeply supports the whole, psychologists and spiritual practioners need to come together in a way that deeply supports the whole.
They need forums for experimenting and building on each others' discoveries.
The Consortium for Presence-Centered Healing and Transformation provides one such forum.

As I traveled around the world, I would sometimes look into a stranger's eyes and instantly know that he or she was part of the team. But what team? And assembled for what purpose?
I knew we were all dreaming the same dream, and I knew we couldn't accomplish alone. But I had no idea what we were meant to do together.
Now I finally know.
The Challenge
When I began private mentoring sessions with a presence-centered practitioner, my life began to change in ways I'd barely dreamed possible. As friends and family began to see the extent to which my life had transformed, they asked if I could recommend a similar counselor or teacher in their area of the country.
I couldn't.
At that time, I knew less than a dozen people offering this type of support. As the years passed, I discovered hundreds of individuals using presence-centered methods. The problem is: most of these practitioners work on their own or in relatively small, isolated groups that aren't widely known to the general public.
Why is this a problem? Because a groundbreaking approach to healing and transformation exists that few people know about. Most healing and helping professionals have never heard of presence-centered practice. And millions of people who've read bestselling books on presence by authors like Eckhart Tolle and Peter Senge have no idea that there's support available to help them learn to live the principles in those books.
The Possibility
Imagine a global network of therapists, healers, teachers, clergy, organizational consultants, and others bringing presence-centered practice to people from all walks of life: children, parents, families, prisoners, health-care and helping professionals, business, religious, and government leaders.
Imagine the possibilities as this network supports themselves and others to consciously access, and live from, the innate love and wisdom at the core of their being.
The Consortium for Presence-Centered Healing and Transformation has been created to dream this dream forward. Our purpose is to bring together individuals and organizations practic-ing similar presence-centered approaches to:
Support each other in becoming more present with ourselves and others
Evolve new tools, resources, research, and methods to support presence-centered healing and transformation
Find ways to make presence-centered healing and transformation available to a wider audience
Train as many helping professionals as possible in presence-centered methods
How Participants Benefit
If you're a helping professional, the Consortium can assist you to:
Offer your services to a larger and more diverse range of people
Learn innovative new methods for supporting others from other Consortium members
Support research to validate the efficacy of presence-centered methods that view consciousness itself as the source of healing and transformation (i.e., non-dual psychotherapy, Buddhist psychology, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Diamond Heart Work, Pathwork, Hakomi, Metapsychiatry, Big Mind, Psychosynthesis, and a host of others)

The Dream I Can't
Stop Dreaming
Ever since I was a young girl, I've had the sense that there was a team out there that I didn't yet know, a group of people who were destined to do something important together.

Those who do hear about presence-centered practitioners often have a hard time finding one. Relatively few exist, and only a handful of programs are available to train helping professionals in presence-centered methods.
Herein lies the challenge: an approach to healing and transformation with limitless possibilities—and an extremely limited reach.
