Please send class fee or arrange class payment plan before class.

Individual Mentoring Sessions

Please pay for one-time sessions immediately after your session.

Ongoing Mentoring Sessions

Fine to pay monthly for blocks of 2-4 sessions. (Pre-paid blocks of sessions always welcome!)

Payment Plans

I'm committed to finding creative ways to make presence-centered support available to everyone who would find it beneficial. I'll be happy to work out a payment plan if you have financial constraints that might otherwise prevent you from attending classes or benefiting from private mentoring sessions. Here are some possibilities:

  • Spread smaller payments out over a period of time.

  • Waive part of your class fee in exchange for bartered goods or services (e.g., helping with class administration, class recordings, proofreading and editing, public outreach efforts, research, etc.).

  • Propose a payment or barter plan that fits your unique talents and needs.

If you choose to barter part of your payment, please propose services that you're really good at and that make your heart sing. If you can't think of anything fun to barter, let's talk to find a creative solution that deeply supports us both.

To arrange a payment plan for sessions or classes, please call Rhonda at 203-944-0023.

Class Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime before class: 100% refund of class fee

Cancel before second class: class fee credited towards future classes or private mentoring

If exceptional circumstances lead to cancellation: appropriate refund will be arranged

Class Absences

Unannounced absences from tele-classes often create unnecessary chaos and tension for your class instructor and fellow classmatesFollowing the guidelines below will help to ensure that your absences from class cause the least disruption possible:

  • If you know before the class series starts that you’ll have to miss certain sessions, please let your class facilitator know asap.

  • If you find out during the class series that you need to miss all or part of a given class, please let your class facilitator know asap.

  • If you might have to miss a class or arrive late, but won't be sure until the last minute, please let your class instructor know right away rather than waiting until the last minute.

You can keep up with missed classes by listening to class recordings, which are offered at no cost for most classes.

The above guidelines apply to all classes except the Circle of Sacred Intention

For questions about the above information, please contact Rhonda.

I've had a major breakthrough as a result of this class. I knew so many of these concepts intellectually, but now I know them from direct experience.
