Personal studies and experiences with Eckankar, gestalt therapy, emotional release techniques, hypnosis, and the Enneagram have all influenced my work.
Several beloved teachers have significantly contributed to my life and work: Paul Twitchell, Harold Klemp, Seth, Richard Moss, and Eli Jaxon-Bear. I'd also like to acknowledge a teacher I've never met: Oscar Ichazo, who gave me the gift of Enneatypes (i.e., the Enneagram).
I live near New Haven, Connecticut with my partner Dick Ridington, his father, Dick Sr., and our wonder cat Devil Doo.
