Organizations don't change unless the individuals in them do. I offer training, team and executive coaching, organizational change initiatives, and leadership development programs that support deep change by helping helping individuals to access the wisdom, peace, and creativity of their own higher awareness.
Private Retreats
I offer customized retreats for indivduals and groups that want to schedule half-day, full day, or multi-day sessions to accomplish specific goals or learn specific presence-centered skills in greater depth.

Values Guiding My Work
The following values make my classes and mentoring sessions a bit different from others you might have encountered:
Collaboration
I encourage the people I work with to speak up and let me know what works and what doesn't when I'm supporting them. Instead of playing the traditional "expert" role, I encourage people to gain their own expertise, discover their own insights, and speak their own truth. Practicing these skills in classes and mentoring sessions helps people to show up in new ways in their daily lives.
Honesty and Transparency
Most therapists and spiritual teachers I've worked with expected me to explore my limiting thoughts and emotions, but never disclosed theirs. They expected me to dig deep and look at subconscious patterns, but weren't open to my input when I saw them getting stuck in unproductive ruts. I believe that honesty and transparency from both mentor and those being mentored is both healing and transformational, and I welcome you to let me know when you see me acting in ways that aren't in keeping with my values and commitments to you.
Accessibility
Because I want as many people as possible to benefit from this work, it's important to me to provide affordable, convenient services that use simple, universal terminology accessible to people from all walks of life.
Direct Experience
I routinely meet people who've attended workshops on higher consciousness for decades but are still having a hard time actually living it. In my experience, learning to live from the depths of higher consciousness requires two elements that workshops and retreats often lack: 1) repeated practice and direct experience in accessing your own higher consciousness, and 2) individualized guidance from someone that knows the terrain firsthand. I build direct experience and personal mentoring into everything I do. I'm deeply committed to this approach, because it's what most helped me to learn how to live a more conscious and fulfilling life.
